DE ACUERDISIMO CONTIGO LA VERDAD ES QUE A MI TAMBIEN ME HAN LLEGADO CLIENTES
DICIENDO QUE EN OTRAS TIENDAS LES PREPARAN LAS BEBIDAS COMO QUIEREN Y QUE
LOS “EXTRAS” NO SE LOS COBRAN Y ESTO LLEGA A MOLESTAR TANTO AL CLIENTE COMO
A NOSOTROS (SUCURSAL) POR QUE DE QUE SIRVE QUE ESTEMOS EXIGIENDOLES A
NUESTROS BARISTAS SI SE DAN CUENTA QUE EN OTRAS SUCURSALES NO LO LLEVAN A
CABO. 

TOTALMENTE DEACUERDO CONTIGO DAYANA TENEMOS QUE LLEGAR A UN ACUERDO.

Hola gerente como están? El día de hoy se fue una señora súper molesta de mi
tienda, porque le cobre la salsa de chocolate ( topping)  en un frappe moca
blanco, todos sabemos que el frapee moca blanco no lleva nada, ( solo la
crema batida), pero ella asegura que en otras tiendas se la regalan y hasta
la salsa de caramelo, si le vamos a poner tenemos que sentarnos todos para
ponernos de acuerdo, y evitar estas molestias. 

 

Pero créanme esos extras pueden hacer una gran diferencia.
