LOS DEPOSITOS DEBERAN QUEDAR A MAS TARDAR A LAS 10 DE LA MAÑANA

ENTRE 10 Y 11 NORMA DEBERA TENER VALIDADA CON BANCOS LA VENTA DEL DIA
ANTERIOR

ANTES DE LAS 12 DEBERA QUEDAR EL FLUJO DE EFECTIVO PARA LA DIRECCION
GENERAL.

PARA QUE TOME DECISIONES RESPECTO A PAGOS Y COMPROMISOS QUE LE REPORTE EVA.

SE QUE AUN NO QUEDA LISTA LA CUENTA DEL BANCO, SI HOY NO QUEDA MAÑANA A
PRIMERA

HORA NOS VAMOS AL BANCO CON LA GERENTE,   PORQUE YA ES MUCHO TIEMPO.

TAMBIEN NECESITO QUE SE RESUELVA EL QUE YO PUEDA VISUALIZAR LOS MOV. DEL
DIA. DEL BANCO

PORQUE AHÍ TENEMOS UN CUELLO DE BOTELLA .  SE QUE TE QUITA MUCHO TIEMPO LOS
PAGOS, LAS

CONSULTAS, ETC ETC ETC.

 

CUALQUIER DUDA O SUGERENCIA EN CUANTO AL PROCEDIMIENTO Y LOS TIEMPOS
HAGANMELO

SABER O SI PODEMOS MEJORAR EN ALGO TAMBIEN.

Gerentes una vez más les voy a pedir que a partir del día de mañana hagan
sus depósitos al día, sin excepción los depósitos tendrán que hacerlos antes
de las 10:00 de la mañana, los que no tengan la posibilidad de depositar los
sábado háganlo sin falta el lunes; cada vez que hagan su depósito deberán de
confirmar la cantidad que ya depositaron.

Gerentes no quiero repetir esta indicación, sucursal que no haga sus
depósitos al día antes de las 10:00  y no confirme su depósito, evítenme la
pena de sancionar al responsable

 

Cualquier problema de sobrante o faltante notificar de inmediato con el
departamento de contabilidad
