<p class=MsoNormal>Les comento que hablamos con Gerardo Navarro, encargado de
servicio al cliente del Hotel NH en Sao Paulo, quien se quejo de la promoción,
ya que su personal tuvo dos incidentes al hacer efectivo la promoción, en una
ocasión el personal de sucursal no estaba enterado de la nueva promoción y le negó
el convenio. Y en otra ocasión con otra compra, el barista le retiro la tarjeta
y la engrapó al ticket de compra, cuando sabemos que esa tarjeta la tiene que
portar el cliente y mostrarla en cada compra. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Les encargo mucho que transmitan la información y expliquen
a su gente; se están implementando muchos convenios y se están haciendo esfuerzos
por parte de todo el equipo, pero si no le damos la seriedad y la importancia
que se requiere en lugar de generarnos ventas, nos generará una mala
experiencia de compra y el cliente se sentirá engañado y nos mal recomendará,
creo que no queremos eso.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Hasta la semana de hoy, hay sucursales que siguen sin mandar
sus convenios y sugerencias de locatarios, por lo que Paty Pizano les ha insistido
en un par de correos que lo envíen, por lo que les pido su respuesta y apoyo a
estas iniciativas.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Si tienen dudas con la mecánica o manera de control díganme y
lo explicamos de nuevo, pero el que su gente este enterada y sepa cómo aplicar
cada promoción depende de ustedes Gerentes de cada sucursal.<o:p></o:p></p>
