<p class=MsoNormal>Por medio de la presente reciba un cordial y atento saludo,
así mismo aprovecho para recordarles que para el pago de su caja chica necesito
me hagan llegar el formato que se les envió debidamente llenado ( en algunos
casos solo me le ponen el nombre sin apellidos y pues todavía no los
identificamos bien)vía mail y anexo también a sus facturas , otro punto que si
les pido que chequen bien los datos de sus facturas ya que hemos visto
documentos con los datos erróneos y se ha regresado a la sucursal.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>Las facturas que sean enviadas sin el formato no se
consideraran para pago, por lo que les pido su apoyo para programar en tiempo y
forma el pago de las mimas si no cuentan con el formato se los anexo nuevamente
en este mail; por otra parte les comento que el depósito que se hacía
anualmente de los montos de caja para después reasignarlo lo será necesarios
solo se realizara la actualización de sus pagares con la razón social que les
corresponda ( café Negro y/o The restaurant)<o:p></o:p></p>
