PASTELES Y LA VERDAD ES MAS FUNCIONAL ASI, SERVIR LOS POSTRES DEL
REFRIGERADOR DE COCINA; SI DE POR SI, LA MAYORIA NO TIENE LA MISMA CALIDAD Y

Estoy de acuerdo con Dayana,  tratemos de servir  del refrigerador.

El tema de la vitrina  déjenme tocarlo con Alfredo y Tony

Por cierto, a partir de este jueves el pastel de zanahoria les vuelve a
llegar en presentación cuadradita, para una mejor vista.

Es un tema que creo que ya se ha tocado muchas veces, lo mejor es que lo
saquemos de los refrigeradores directamente, y sinceramente muchos lo
estamos haciendo así, para tratar de que dure un poco más el postre.

QUE TAL BUENAS TARDES… COMO COMENTARIO OTRA VEZ ACERCA DE LOS PASTELES UN
CLIENTE NOS PREGUNTO QUE SI HABIAMOS BAJADO LA CALIDAD DE LOS POSTRES POR
QUE LE SABIAN UN TANTO DIFERENTES A COMO ESTABAN ANTES, OTRA CLIENTE NOS
DIJO QUE SI LE PODIAMOS DAR CUALQUIER PASTEL QUE NO FUERA DE LA VITRINA POR
QUE SABIAN MAL Y QUE SI TENIAMOS QUE DARLE ESE QUE MEJOR NO LE DIERAMOS
NADA(TEXTUALMENTE), LA VERDAD ESTO ME PREOCUPA POR QUE SI LLEGA A HABER
PASTELES QUE NO SE MUEVEN EN UN BUEN LAPSO DE TIEMPO Y LA VITRINA COMO
CUENTA CON UNA TEMPERATURA MENOR NO AGUANTAN MUCHO LOS PASTELES AUNQUE ME
PREOCUPA MAS QUE LOS CLIENTES YA LO ESTAN NOTANDO. 

NO CONTAMOS CON LA TEMPERATURA IDEAL EN VITRINAS PARA PODER CONSERVAR LOS
PASTELES EN BUEN ESTADO Y NO ES LO MISMO TENERLOS EN CONCHA TAPADOS A UNA
TEMPERATURA EXACTA QUE TENERLOS EN VITRINA SOBRE EL PLATO Y MAS A MITAD DE
TEMPERATURA QUE NORMALMENTE TENEMOS Y QUE AFECTE AL ESTAR ABRIENDO Y
CERRANDO LAS PUERTAS. POR LO MISMO TODAS LAS NOCHES LOS METEMOS A CONCHAS Y
SE GUARDAN EN EL REFRIGERADOR DE COCINA.

NO SE SI ESTO LES ESTE PASANDO EN LAS DEMAS SUCURSALES: 

EJEMPLO:  PAY PLATANO- SE PARTE LA CREMA Y SE SEPARA (PROBLEMA DE IMAGEN).

                   TARTA CHOCO BLANCO- SE PARTE LA CREMA DONDE ESTA LA FRUTA
AL DIA DE PONERLA.

                   PAY CAJETA- SE SEPARA LA CREMA EN EL CONTORNO DEL PAY.

                   PASTELES(CHOCOFLAN, ZANAHORIA, MANZANA) - SE LLEGAN A
SECAR MUCHO Y A ENDURECER ALREDEDOR POR SER PIEZAS IND.

                   PAY LIMON- SE ENDURECE Y LA TEXTURA DEL PASTEL ES UN POCO
FLEXIBLE COMO HULE.
