YO ESTOY DE ACUERDO CON LUIS,HAY ALGUNOS PRODUCTOS QUE NO SE VENDEN EN 1 DIA
Y HASTA 2 DIAS PODRIAN PASAR SIN VERDERCE AUNQUE SE ESTEN OFRECIENDO LOS
POSTRES A TODOS NUESTROS CLIENTES,

YO NO TENGO NINGUN PROBLEMA POR SEGUIR HACIENDO ESTO,AQUÍ EN PATRIA SEGUIMOS
ORDENES,PERO

LOS PASTELES QUE TENEMOS EN DISPLAY EN DOS DIAS BAJAN MUCHISIMO DE CALIDAD,
Y ES CUANDO SERIA BUENO VALORAR: ¿ME AHORRO 21 PESOS DE MERMA? O PROVOCO QUE
ME MAL RECOMIENDE UN CLIENTE Y ESTE MAL RECOMIENDE A OTROS 10.

LOS POSTRES QUE VEMOS PROBLEMA CON ESTO SON:

- LA TARTA DE CHOCOLATE BLANCO CON ZARZAMORA

-EL PAY DE CAJETA

-EL DE QUESOS

-LA TARTA DE MANZANA

HEMOS PENSADO EN SOLUCIONES COMO PONER ALGUN RECIPIENTE QUE EVITE QUE
PIERDAN HUMEDAD PERO ESTO LE QUITARIA LO ANTOJABLE AL POSTRE

SERIA BUENO ESCUCHAR MAS OPINIONES DE LOS COMPAÑEROS

QUE TAL ALFREDO BUENAS TARDES RECAPITULANDO EL TEMA DE LOS DISPLAY EN LA
VITRINA DE LOS NUEVOS PASTELES, PREOCUPANDOME POR LA CALIDAD DE ESTOS HEMOS
TRATADO DE HACERLO DE LA MANERA EN QUE SE PIDIO: 

PONER UNA REBANADA DE PASTEL EN VITRINA, SI UN CLIENTE LLEGA A PEDIR ALGUNA
REBANADA DE PASTEL SE TOMA LA QUE ESTA EN VITRINA Y SE DA AL CLIENTE, SE
REPONE ESA REBANADA CON OTRA DEL REFRIGERADOR DE COCINA Y ASI SUCESIVAMENTE.

HE ENCONTRADO ALGUNOS PROBLEMAS AL HACER ESTO Y HABLANDO POR MI SUCURSAL HE
NOTADO QUE LA TARTA DE CHOCOLATE BLANCO Y EL PAY DE CAJETA SE LLEGAN A SECAR
MUY RAPIDO DEBIDO A QUE NO MANEJAMOS LA MISMA TEMPERATURA EN VITRINA QUE EN
REFRIGERADOR Y ESTO LES AFECTA A LA MAYORIA DE LOS PASTELES EN VITRINA Y
CREO YO QUE TENDRIAMOS MAS MERMAS.

LA MAYORIA DE LOS CLIENTES YA ESTA ACOSTUMBRADO A QUE LOS PASTELES DE
VITRINA SON DE DISPLAY Y SE PUEDE LLEGAR A MALINTERPRETAR QUE LES ESTAMOS
DANDO UN PASTEL QUE YA TIENE TIEMPO EN VITRINA, Y AUNQUE SE CONVENSA DE QUE
ES FRESCO EL MISMO PENSAMIENTO VA A HACER QUE TENGA MAL SABOR O SE LO COMAN
SIN GANAS.

QUEDO A SUS ORDENES PARA CUALQUIER DUDA O ACLARACIÓN.

Chavos!

Como todos ustedes saben, hemos iniciado la venta de nuestros nuevos
productos.

Quizá un poco forzado, pero si no lo hacíamos de esta manera, nos hubiéramos
seguido atorando. Lanzar al mercado 15 nuevos productos ha sido toda una
odisea.

Espero antes de 1 semana tengan ya sus nuevos y mejorados menús, sus nuevas
tarjetas con precios y el apoyo grafico (fotos) de algunos de los nuevos
alimentos.

Les pido por favor y les autorizo, que cada día “muestreemos” al menos en
dos diferentes horas del día (mañana y tarde), cuando mas clientela tengamos
( entre las 10 y 12  pm y entre las 6 y las 8 pm), preparemos el equivalente
a una Chamoyada grande y un Smoothie fresa/oreo, durante 1 semana completa,
o lo que es lo mismo, hasta que tengan su nuevo menú.

Los sándwiches muestrear 1 al día y puede ser cualquiera de los 2 nuevos. De
preferencia en el horario  de 6 a 8 pm. Esto con la intención de que
nuestros clientes prueben y conozcan nuestra nueva línea de productos.

Dichos productos deberán marcarse en el sistema como si fueran dados de baja
por degustación y deberán referenciarse en su sistema y como observación en
su reporte diario de ventas. Del 4 al 11 de octubre.

He notado también que en algunas tiendas las pastillas y las barras de
granola, son un éxito, pero en otras no han vendido una sola.

Les pido por favor su ánimo completo y su pasión al momento de atender a los
clientes y ofrecerles las excelentes opciones que tenemos para ellos.
